In turn, STI created their pistol based on the classic Colt 1911 model, slightly changing the design and adding a few improvements. For example, an integrated Weaver profile for mounting a flashlight or laser pointer and a redesigned handle for a comfortable hold. ASG retained not only these details, but also the ability to juggle the metal casing-shutter and the shutter delay function. The store is removed by means of a push-button mechanism. The CO2 cylinder is installed separately from the magazine in a special chamber at the back of the handle.
